Sharon Cuneta Shares Update on Construction of Family’s Grand Mansion

Netizens are calling the upcoming home of “Megastar” Sharon Cuneta as a “Mega House” after she shared details of the construction, including the fact that the huge mansion will be 2,300 sqm big! That’s definitely a mega house!

But Sharon revealed that this is actually a ‘smaller’ home than what they had originally planned on building.

Built on the land where their vacation home used to be, Sharon revealed that the original plan was for a building that’s 3,500 sqm in size. Construction officially started last August 1, 2020, for the grand mansion located in Ayala Westgrove Heights, a residential development by Ayala Land in Silang, Cavite.

It has taken us years to start rebuilding the new one because I got into debt of hundreds of millions. Now, am okay. I pray that we are able to complete this before they all grow up, get married, and move out!” the Megastar revealed.

May it be a blessed, happy home. Less house, more home. It was originally going to have 3,500sqm of floor area. Not anymore!!! Thank You, Lord for giving us another chance to give our children this home. We praise and glorify you everyday!

Aside from the usual parts of the house, Sharon’s family home will also feature lots of space for her fur babies. Not only will there be bedrooms dedicated to the family’s numerous dogs, but there will also be a playground and grooming area for them, too.

One part of the mansion will be the Family House while half of the mansion will be Sharon’s “she-cave” which will be filled with dressing rooms, walk-in closets, studios for her vlog, a recording studio, and a library.

Sharon regularly shares updates on the house construction through her Instagram account. Now that the basement parking area has been completed, the construction moved to the ground floor of the Family House wing.

While a team is working on the family wing, another has already begun excavating the other half which Sharon happily announces as her wing.

Sharon had announced earlier that the house will be completed in about 2 years. She hopes that she’ll have some grandkids by then, jokingly adding that she might have to fill the grand mansion with dogs if that doesn’t happen soon.
