Everybody knows that owning a prime property in the city can be a bit of a downside to your wallet, but some people still choose to invest and buy. Especially if the city’s economy is on the rise, like Cebu. Cebu’s businesses are booming, there are a lot of tourists in Cebu, and properties there are somehow more affordable than in Metro Manila.
Alodia Gosiengfiao, a well-known cosplayer, gamer, and YouTuber decided to do a house tour of her friend’s newly constructed house in Cebu. She called it the real Iron Man’s house in the Philippines because of its hi-tech capabilities and voice-activated features.
What’s unique?
The house is situated on a top of a hill in a subdivision that is newly built. There are just a few houses in the area when the video was taken.
The moment you go inside the house, you’ll feel that you’re in a house that you only see in the movies. There is a small foyer and the stairs when you enter the door.
A little walk inside will take you to the living room, kitchen, and dining all spacious and elegantly surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
A patio with a rectangle infinity pool can be seen outside. It has several lounge areas where the people can watch the sunset that is in full view of the house.
Everything from the locks to the house features is voice-activated and connected to “Alexa”.
Second floor
The second floor of the house is pretty simple but well-planned. A small hallway will take you to a glass wall overlooking the ground floor, as well as the swimming pool outside and the view father out.
Sharing the same awesome view is the office where there is an executive desk facing the glass. The owner can enjoy the view while working.
There are three rooms in the house. The main room is by the office, sharing the same beautiful view as it.
The main room has a walk-in closet before the bathroom.
There is a jacuzzi with a TV in the bathroom where you can lounge and just relax.
The main room is simple yet elegant. Again, it is surrounded by floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The blinds are voice-activated. Alexa can open the blinds even if the owner is still in bed. Can you imagine waking up to this beautiful view every morning?
The main room has a little balcony that overlooks the pool and the horizon view.
More unique features
The house has 4 levels in total. The ground floor, the second floor with the rooms, and the parking lot, and basement.
When you go down the stairs, you’ll get to the dirty kitchen, maid’s quarter, and a parking lot that looks like it’s a parking lot of a mall.
The basement is accessible from the parking lot. You’ll know why in a bit.
Alodia called the basement the man cave. If you are a gamer, I’m sure your eyes will be as big as saucers when you see it. The basement has a poker table, 12 PC setup areas for 5v5 games (plus 2 spectator PCs).
The two teams are separated by a bar, and lounge with a TV so people can watch the game.
Another cool feature of the house is its theatre room. The sound system is 3D, and they have lazyboys for their chairs. Again, like anywhere else in the house, everything is voice-activated.
